SEASONAL PLANNING

Harvest season and shipment availability are different

Use seasonal information to start planning, then confirm the origin, stock and delivery window for your order.

SEASONAL PLANNING illustration from product and supply materials

Read a calendar as a planning reference

The seasonal calendar on this website presents indicative windows from our product materials. It is not a live inventory feed. A highlighted month does not confirm that a particular grade or packing format is ready for shipment. Likewise, a blank month does not establish that no sourcing option exists. Ask about your intended product and timing.

Different origins may offer different windows

Our Hami melon materials describe Hainan and Xinjiang as separate seasonal origins. This is useful for planning a conversation about alternatives, but it does not support an automatic promise of year-round availability. The available origin and fruit condition should be confirmed for the specific buying period.

Separate new crop from stored supply

For products such as Fuji apples, buyers should clarify whether they are asking about a new harvest or stored fruit. These are distinct supply questions. Tell the team what your market expects and ask what options are currently available. Avoid using a single harvest date as a substitute for a full supply discussion.

Link the timing to your requirements

A useful seasonal inquiry includes the fruit, destination, approximate quantity and expected shipping or arrival period. If a specific size or packing format is essential, include that too. It is better to discover a constraint early and discuss alternatives than to assume every specification is available throughout a broad seasonal window.

Confirm the order before treating the plan as fixed

Seasonal research can help you decide when to start a conversation. The final quotation and order should confirm the origin, product requirements, packing and schedule. YINONGTE’s sourcing team can work through these details with you and explain which options are appropriate to assess for your market.
